Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of immobilienmakler.info, a web-based SaaS application for real estate CRM, property records, landlord and contact management, utility statement preparation, sales and marketing workflows, viewing coordination, and related team workflows.

Account and Team Use

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for ensuring that team members only receive access appropriate to their role. Data entered into a team workspace may be visible to other authorized members of that team.

Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the property, contact, landlord, tenant, marketing, contract, and calendar data they enter. The service is a workflow and documentation tool; it does not replace legal, tax, valuation, brokerage, or accounting advice.

Third-Party Services

The application may connect to third-party services such as email delivery providers, payment providers, AI services, calendar providers, and real estate portal interfaces. These integrations are used only where configured and may require separate credentials, permissions, or provider terms.

Partner Portals and Calendar Integrations

Partner portal credentials and calendar connections must only be configured by users who are authorized to connect the relevant account. Features that depend on external providers may be limited, unavailable, or subject to provider API changes.

Payment and Plans

Paid plans, if enabled, are billed according to the plan, billing interval, and payment provider information shown during checkout. Test or beta access may be free, limited, or revoked at any time.

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for unlawful content, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, credential sharing outside authorized teams, spam, abusive automation, or attempts to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

Availability and Changes

During beta, features may change, be incomplete, or be temporarily unavailable. We may improve, replace, or remove beta functionality as the product evolves.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not legally permitted.

Data Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the data-processing settings available in the application, including export and deletion workflows where enabled.
