Controller

Data We Process

We process account data such as name, email address, authentication state, preferences, team memberships, activity logs, support/contact requests, newsletter subscriptions where applicable, and billing information where paid plans are enabled.

When using the real estate CRM, users and teams may store property records, addresses, landlord profiles, contact records, tenant or buyer information, lease and utility statement data, sales mandates, marketing listings, inquiries, viewing notes, viewing calendar metadata, and related workflow information.

Purposes

Data is processed to provide the SaaS application, authenticate users, operate team workspaces, store customer-entered CRM records, send transactional emails, process support requests, provide billing and subscription workflows, generate exports, maintain auditability, improve reliability, and protect the platform from misuse.

Third-Party Providers

Depending on configuration, we may use Postmark for transactional email delivery, Stripe for payments, Aquila/2342.ai-compatible services for AI features, and Google or Microsoft for optional calendar workflows. Partner portal integrations may process credentials and listing metadata only when configured by authorized users.

Cookies and Logs

The application uses technically necessary cookies and session storage for login, security, and user preferences. Server logs and application logs may include technical metadata such as IP address, request time, browser information, user ID, team ID, and actions performed.

Credentials and Secrets

Passwords, session tokens, API keys, OAuth tokens, and partner portal credentials are not included in user-facing exports in plaintext. Where credential workflows are enabled, secret values are redacted in exports and should be stored only through the intended secure storage paths.

Data Export and Deletion

Users can request export of personal data through the application where enabled. Account deletion may deactivate or remove access while some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal retention, or legitimate operational reasons.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
